こへびゼミってなんだろう？ 知りたいこへび隊のこと！ What is kohebi-zemi?You want to know about kogebi-tai! “小蛇研讨会”是什么呢？好想进一步了解“小蛇队”！

私は「こへび隊」というボランティア活動で「大地の芸術祭」に関わらせていただいています。「こへび隊」には、誰でも簡単に参加することができます。大人や学生はもちろん、小さな小学生でも、親と一緒だったり、年上の知り合いと一緒であれば参加できます。私も小学生から参加しましたし、いまは小学５年生の弟が参加しています。

参加したいけど勇気が出ない、どんなことをするのかわからないという人はぜひ「こへびゼミ」に参加してみましょう！　月に一回程度、東京と新潟で交互に開催されているゼミです。フォームズに回答したらすぐに参加できて、基本的に夜の7時ぐらいから始まります。「こへびゼミ」の情報は「こへび隊」の公式ウェブサイトで告知されるので、ぜひチェックをお願いします！　オンラインでの参加ももちろんOK！　たくさんの方がオンラインで参加しています。

「こへびゼミ」は、こへび隊の活動をしたことがない人から、私みたいに少しだけ活動している人、長年やってきたベテランの方、それから十日町に移住された人まで、たくさんの方が参加していて、わからないことや不安なことをなんでも相談できるアットホームなあたたかい場所です。ウェブサイトに書かれていない詳しい活動内容や現地までの行き方も聞けばすぐに答えてくださいます。

「こへびゼミ」に参加できなくても、メールを送って質問すれば、丁寧に回答を返してくださいます。「こへび隊」のことがわからなくて参加を躊躇している人は、どんどん聞いてみてください！　学生でも、車がなくても大丈夫！　興味がある人はぜひ「こへび隊」と検索してみてください！

As I’ve mentioned before, I am a member of Kohebi-tai, the volunteer group for the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale. Joining is easy and open to everyone—adults, students, and even elementary school children (accompanied by a parent or an older friend).

If you’re interested but feeling a bit nervous or unsure about what to expect, I highly recommend attending a Kohebi Seminar!

What is the Kohebi Seminar?

These seminars are held about once a month, alternating between Tokyo and Niigata.

• Easy to Join: Just fill out the Google Form to sign up.

• Time: Usually starts around 7:00 PM.

• Online Friendly: Many people participate online, so you can join from anywhere!

A Warm and Welcoming Community

The seminar is a cozy, friendly space where everyone is welcome—from complete beginners and casual volunteers like me to long-time veterans and even those who have moved to the region permanently.

It’s the perfect place to ask questions and clear up any concerns. You can learn about specific activities not listed on the website or get practical advice on how to get to the festival sites.

Even if you can’t make it to a seminar, you can always send an email with your questions. The staff are very helpful and will get back to you with detailed answers.

正如我之前提到的，我目前作为志愿者团体“小蛇队（Kohebi-tai）”的一员，参与着“大地艺术祭”的活动。小蛇队是一个非常开放的团体，任何人都能轻松加入，无论是上班族、学生，还是小学生（由家长或年长朋友陪同）都可以参加。

如果你想参加但有些犹豫，或者不清楚具体做些什么，请一定要来参加“小蛇研讨会（Kohebi Seminar）”！研讨会大约每月举办一次，轮流在东京和新潟举行。只需填写报名表即可参加，通常从晚上 7 点左右开始。
